N8940019 This countryhouse is just 5 kms to the north of Berlin in a beautiful rural region that is mostly inhabited by single-family dwellings. It is near the lakes and the tract of forest, Lehnitzsee, Wehrbellinsee, Sumter lake, and the Wandlitzsee (lake).
It is within the Berlin ring and a train connection is 2-3 kms away (not audible). It is easy to reach the Berlin-Pankow center, Frankfurt or Hamburg.
The house was built in 1937 from solid brick. In 1998 successive postplasters and postisolates were installed (out of a gable wall), the ground floor was converted, the attic was prepared for other developments, the house was developable for 3-4 families, and 2 separate entrances were established.
Also, in 1997/1998, the following things were renewed: roof (brick, rafter / shingles replaced), plastic windows / thermal glazing, oil heating(radiators, tank, boiler).
